Transcare 2000
The Creation of Transcare 2000 came about after I experienced Sexual Reassignment Surgery (SRS). Finding that the care received before, during, and after surgery was much more than I could handle alone, really left me wanting someone around to help me especially during that recovery period just after surgery. Someone that had experienced this transformation would have been welcomed gratefully and would have been a great resource to have around.
After Surgery you are finally that person you always were in your heart, mind and soul. So you want to surround yourself with people who can understand your need to have the best possible care, as well as someone to talk to who just might understand what you are experiencing.
Having experienced this I understand some people need more care more understanding and much more time than others do. We are here to do just this for you. To aid in your physical recovery. To help you over the rough spots in your mental recovery. To generally help you understand you are not alone in this experience. Others have gone before you and more will come after you but we all are pretty much the same and we all want to enjoy our new lives as women.
